One feature that I really like, is the burr locking mechanism. This is a unique design, so there is more consistency in the quality of the grind. I’m sure you don’t want anything to spoil your coffee ritual early in the morning or during those afternoon breaks at work. I see myself cranking this thing in the woods while waiting for my water to boil over a fire.
