Ingredients Needed:
- Cooking oil: 3 tbsp
- Protein (Meat/Shrimp/Chicken, etc.): 100 g
- Diced Tofu: 25 g
- Egg: 1
- Rice Noodles: 50 g
- Water: 100 ml

- Bean Sprouts: 35 g
- Garlic Chives: 8 g
- Garnish (optional): Ground Peanuts (2 tbsp), Lime, Sugar, Chili Flakes
Method:
- Sauté Protein: Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok over high heat. Once the oil is hot, add your preferred protein (100g) and stir-fry until partially cooked.
- Add Egg & Tofu: Add the diced tofu (25g) and 1 egg. Stir-fry until the egg is fully scrambled and cooked.
- Soften Noodles: Add the rice noodles (50g) and 100 ml water. Spread the noodles out and continue to stir-fry for approximately 2 minutes until the noodles begin to soften.
- Add Sauce: Pour in 80 g (≈8 tbsp) of the Pad Thai Sauce. Mix well and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the noodles are soft and perfectly coated.
- Final Vegetables: Add the bean sprouts (35g) and chives (8g). Turn off the heat and continue to stir-fry for approximately 1 minute until the vegetables are slightly wilted but still crunchy.
- Serve: Serve immediately. Garnish and adjust the flavor to your liking with ground peanuts (2 tbsp), fresh lime, sugar, and chili flakes.
