#### Important Tips for Slicing Frozen Meat:

1. **Meat Freezing Requirements:** To achieve the best slicing results, freeze your meat for at least 48 hours. Ensure the meat is completely frozen hard. For optimal results, position the meat at the bottom of the freezer or against the wall. Avoid random placement in the freezer, as this may affect the meat’s hardness and make slicing difficult.
2. **Pressing the Meat:** Firmly press the meat onto the plate, ensuring the spikes penetrate the meat. This will prevent slipping during the cutting process.
3. **Proper Knife Handling:** Always grip the knife handle vertically. Move it up and down without shifting left or right towards the meat. This technique helps maintain the knife’s integrity and prevents deformation or gaps.
4. **Blade Care:** After each use, thoroughly dry the blade. If the knife will not be used for an extended period, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the blade before storing it to protect against rust.
5. **Thickness Adjustment:** To adjust the slice thickness, simply unscrew the adjustment nut. For thicker slices, insert the gasket next to the blade. To reduce thickness, remove the gasket.
6. **Using Frozen Meat Bags:** Each frozen meat bag can hold between 4 to 5 pounds of meat. Ensure the meat is tightly packed and frozen for at least 48 hours for optimal slicing.
